Monday Climbing at Gneis Lilleaker

Welcome to the first Monday Climbing at Gneis for 2026!

We want to invite you to our first Monday climbing session at Gneis Lilleaker. Bouldering, rope climbing and auto belay - everything is possible ;) This event will be repeated on the third Monday of each month - so if you do not get a spot this time do not worry, there will be more opportunities for you to join. 

Limited spots available

There is a limited amount of available spots for members, so please make sure to sign up. If you cannot attend the event after all, please cancel your spot in time (before Monday 12:00) so someone else can join. If you encounter any troubles on the sign up page please contact us. 

Getting there

You can take several busses to the gym, e.g. the 23 to CC Vest or 150/ 160 to Lysaker. However, on a Monday around 5/ 6 pm Oslo streets tend to be crowded. Plan accordingly or take the train from Oslo S or Nationaltheatret to Lysaker (hot tip, often much faster!). There will be a list of participants at the reception that you will have to cross your name off of. A board member will be present at the reception until 18:20. Entry is not possible before 18:00, please arrive on time. If you run late you will have to let us know. You can do this via Instagram, Facebook, or Email. 

We do not offer rental of equipment.

If you need to rent equipment, you will have to do so on your own account.
